Tuesday, July 19, BOULDER The Boulder City Council will discuss whether to
put a referendum on the November ballot supporting a Constitutional amendment
that says that corporations do not have Constitutional rights (and aren't
persons) and that money is not speech. ATTEND A RALLY at 4:15pm in front of
the Municipal Building at Broadway and Canyon and SPEAK at the public comment
section of the July 19 Council meeting at 5 p.m.(you can preregister to speak

Tuesday, July 19 BOULDER The Boulder City Council will hold a hearing on
Boulder's Energy Future & municipalization. In council chambers SW corner
Broadway & Canyon 5 PM - ? It is VERY important that we get as many
supporters as possible to come. Municipalization (taking over the electric
system) sets the stage for a quick implementation of a cleaner, reliable,
more local, energy future with much lower emissions than Xcel can provide.
You don't need to speak - just showing up makes a difference. If speaking
keep it short. Don't try to say everything. Very likely to be limited to 2

Wed, July 20, WESTMINSTER U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service is holding a public
meeting 5-8 PM, Westminster Rec Center, 10455 Sheridan Blvd, Westminster, re.
proposal to construct Jefferson Parkway on land at Rocky Flats known to be
contaminated with plutonium. Please attend and tell FWS not to make land
available until it does an Environmental Impact Statement to determine danger
